1. VizBeat application
VizBeat, its original interface, branding and proprietary code are protected materials. Free and Lifetime provide a licence to use the application; they do not sell or transfer the source code, trademarks or ownership of the product.
2. Finished exports
Subject to rights in the music, images, video, fonts and other materials used, finished videos exported from VizBeat may be used for personal or commercial projects. The user remains responsible for third-party clearances.
3. Official templates and assets
Official templates and original VizBeat assets are licensed for creating finished work inside VizBeat. Unless a separate licence says otherwise, they may not be extracted, sold, uploaded or redistributed as standalone source files, stock assets or competing template packs.
4. User templates
The creator of a shared template retains rights they hold in original material and grants recipients only the permissions stated with the package. A creator must not include music, images, fonts or other files that they are not allowed to redistribute.
5. Fonts and online catalog media
Fonts installed on a computer remain subject to their own licences. Media supplied by an online catalog remains subject to the licence shown by its provider; downloading it through VizBeat does not expand those rights.
6. Open-source software
VizBeat includes open-source components. Before public release, the application must ship a complete third-party notices file containing the required copyright notices, licence texts and source-offer information where applicable.
7. Third-party services and marks
PayPal, Resend, catalog providers and other named services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, licences and trademarks. Their integration does not transfer their ownership to VizBeat or imply endorsement beyond the service relationship.
8. Reporting a rights issue
A rights holder can contact support@vizbeat.app with identification of the work, the relevant VizBeat material or package, contact details and a good-faith explanation. VizBeat may restrict access while reviewing a credible report.
