1. Who is responsible
VizBeat is responsible for operating the website, account service and Windows application described in this policy. Privacy requests and questions about this policy can be sent to support@vizbeat.app.
2. Information we process
Account records may include your email address, verification status, access level, role, supported-device records, authentication and security events. Support messages, notification preferences, application version, operating system, request time and diagnostic codes may also be processed when needed to provide or secure the service.
3. Project media stays local
Music, images and videos added to the desktop editor are referenced from your computer. VizBeat does not upload those files merely because you add them to a project. A feature that transfers a file to an online service must identify that transfer before it occurs.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to create and protect accounts, provide the requested Free or Lifetime access, operate supported devices, deliver updates and official catalogs, answer support requests, investigate failures, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing relies on performing the user agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.
5. Payments and email
PayPal processes Lifetime payments. VizBeat does not receive full payment-card details, but may store transaction references, amount, currency, status and account entitlement to confirm the purchase and provide support. Resend may deliver verification, security, purchase and service messages.
6. Providers and international transfers
VizBeat does not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed to hosting, security, payment, email and support providers only when needed for the service or required by law. Some providers may process information outside your country under contractual, organisational or other safeguards appropriate to the service. Information about current provider categories can be requested at support@vizbeat.app.
7. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, account security, transaction records, dispute handling and legal obligations. Account records are normally retained while the account remains active; payment, security and dispute records may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and resolve claims. Deleting an account may therefore not immediately remove every record.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request from the account email to support@vizbeat.app. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.
9. Privacy-conscious website analytics
VizBeat counts page views, installer downloads and checkout starts only after the visitor accepts the cookie notice. The choice is remembered in a first-party consent cookie, while temporary page and attribution data use session storage. To estimate unique visitors without storing raw IP addresses, the server converts a visitor's network address into an irreversible HMAC hash. We also retain coarse country, device and browser family, first landing page, and a sanitized traffic source such as direct, search, Telegram or another referring domain. Full referrer URLs, raw user-agent strings, email addresses and advertising identifiers are not stored in analytics. Pseudonymous visitor records are retained for up to 180 days. Confirmed purchase totals come from completed payment records rather than client-side tracking. Necessary authentication, security and language-preference technologies may operate independently so that requested site features continue to work.
10. Security, children and changes
VizBeat uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect account information, but no online system is risk-free. The service is not directed to children who cannot legally agree to these terms in their country. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated through the website, application or account email when required.
