1. Service and agreement
VizBeat provides a Windows music-visual creation application with supporting website, account, update and catalog services. By creating an account, downloading the application or using the service, you agree to the version of these terms presented to you. Service and legal questions can be sent to support@vizbeat.app.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your password and authentication methods, and notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share an account to bypass supported-device limits. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country; otherwise a parent or legal guardian must act where permitted.
3. Free and Lifetime access
Free includes the published Free feature set. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants the purchasing account permanent access to the published Lifetime feature set under these terms. Lifetime is not a subscription and does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, templates or brand. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Licence to use VizBeat
VizBeat grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the application on the supported number of devices for lawful creation work. You may not reverse engineer where prohibited by law, bypass access controls, rent or resell account access, distribute modified application builds, or use the service to attack systems or spread malware.
5. Your content and exports
You retain the rights you hold in music, images, video, text, fonts and projects you add. You are responsible for all necessary permissions. Subject to those third-party rights, you may use finished videos exported from VizBeat for personal or commercial projects. VizBeat does not grant rights to material supplied by another person.
6. Templates, catalogs and sharing
Official templates and original VizBeat assets may be used inside VizBeat to create finished content. They may not be extracted, redistributed or resold as standalone assets or competing template libraries unless a separate licence permits it. A user who shares a template confirms that the package is lawful, safe and does not include media they lack permission to distribute.
7. Payments and access delivery
The total price, currency and included Lifetime features are shown before payment. PayPal processes the transaction. Lifetime access is delivered to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. A purchase confirmation and the accepted legal-document versions are sent in a form the purchaser can retain. Refund and withdrawal rules are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Updates and service availability
Updates may add, change or remove features and may be required for security, compatibility or online services. Account, catalog, notification and update services may occasionally be unavailable. VizBeat will not intentionally remove a paid core entitlement without respecting applicable law, but third-party services and compatibility requirements can change.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service, comply with law, investigate fraud or address a serious breach. Where appropriate, VizBeat will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
10. Warranties, liability and consumer law
VizBeat is provided with the statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded in the user's country. To the extent permitted by law, the service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device, file or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that the law does not allow VizBeat to exclude.
11. Changes, contact and disputes
Material changes will be dated and communicated when required. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance only where allowed by law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in the user's country. Questions and complaints can be sent to support@vizbeat.app.
